No. Adobe has discontinued selling perpetual versions of Acrobat after 2020. However, if you would like a non-subscription version of Acrobat, Acrobat Classic desktop software provides three years of paid access to Acrobat desktop and is available as a one-time, upfront purchase. It includes quarterly security updates but does not include Acrobat feature enhancements or access to premium Acrobat online services via your web browser and mobile devices.
