Select Button from the Type dropdown menu.

Enter a name and select an event from the Event dropdown menu.

Select Add new action for selected event icon to set an action.

Add a button from the Sample Buttons panel

Select Window > Interactive > Buttons and Forms.

Select panel menu icon, then choose Sample Buttons And Forms.

Drag a button to the page or parent page.

Select the button using the Selection tool.

Update the name, event, or actions in the Buttons and Forms panel.

Select the button and use the Type  tool to modify the button's text.

Select the Rollover state in the Appearance section and paste the button text.
