Create and share projects

Learn how to set up and manage creative assets with your team using Projects in Adobe InDesign.

Organize documents from Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and other apps in a shared Projects workspace to simplify collaboration. Manage permissions, keep teams aligned with shared access, and support real-time co-editing.

Select Projects > Create project on the InDesign homescreen.

Type a project name and select Create.

Enter collaborator email addresses. They will receive an email invitation to join the project.

Set permissions for Can edit or Can comment.

Type a message, if necessary, and select Invite.
