HTML content inserted or edited in an Adobe InDesign document shows a static image instead of a preview.
When you insert or edit HTML code in Adobe InDesign, the Insert/Edit HTML dialog displays a static placeholder image instead of a live preview. You’ll view the message Code snippet preview generation is temporarily unavailable.
However, the images or graphics added through the Insert/Edit HTML option will retain the original layout and dimensions and display the right image or graphic after you export the InDesign file.
