- Go to InDesign Help Menu and choose Sign-out.
- Restart InDesign and sign-in again.
- Try publishing your documents again.

User receives an upload error while Publishing an InDesign Document using the Publish online feature.
Solution
Document-specific issue
If you are experiencing issues with publishing a specific document, it is most likely that some of your linked files are failing to upload.

Also, send an email with your InDesign document package to sharewithid@adobe.com with the title: "PublishOnline document-specific upload error".
Upload issue with all documents
If you are experiencing upload issues with all your InDesign documents, we have identified a number of possible causes (and resolutions) given below:

- If issue persists, disable the anti-virus software on your computer and restart InDesign.
- Try publishing your documents again.
- If issue persists, disable the anti-virus software on your computer and restart InDesign.

If the issue is still not resolved, check if the network proxy settings on your system are enabled.
- If they are enabled, disabled these settings.
- Try publishing your documents again.

If issue still persists, try publishing your documents from another network.
If publishing works on another network, then there might be some restrictions in your network to external domains.
In this case, you need to whitelist the following Publish Online domains in your network:
- cc-api-cp.adobe.io
- s3*.amazonaws.com
- indd.adobe.com
If the issue is still not resolved:
- Go to the following location: https://cc-api-cp.adobe.io/api/v2/limits.
If you are using the Safari browser, when you go to the above location, a file is downloaded to computer that has a text message.
