User receives an upload error while Publishing an InDesign Document using the Publish online feature.
If you are experiencing issues with publishing a specific document, it is most likely that some of your linked files are failing to upload.

If you are experiencing upload issues with all your InDesign documents, we have identified a number of possible causes (and resolutions) given below:
If issue still persists, try publishing your documents from another network.
If publishing works on another network, then there might be some restrictions in your network to external domains.
In this case, you need to whitelist the following Publish Online domains in your network:

- Go to the following location: https://cc-api-cp.adobe.io/api/v2/limits.
If you are using the Safari browser, when you go to the above location, a file is downloaded to computer that has a text message. Also, ensure that you disable the network proxy settings on your computer before accessing the above link.
