Change the text color of a text layer

Select the Move tool, then select any text layer from the Layers panel.

Select Color from the Character panel to open the Color Picker (Text Color) dialog.

Select a color. The text color changes in real time.

Change the text color of a text layer using the Color Picker (Text Color) dialog.

Select OK.

Change the color of selected text within a text layer

Select text within a text layer using the Horizontal Type tool or Vertical Type tool.

Select Color from the Character panel to open the Color Picker (Text Color) dialog.

Select a color. The text color changes in real time.

Select any text and change its color using the Color Picker (Text Color) dialog.

Select OK.
