Learn how to draw attention to the center of your image in Adobe Photoshop by applying a vignette using quick actions.
Apply a vignette effect in Photoshop to subtly darken the edges of an image and enhance focus on the center. Use the built-in quick action for fast results, with options to refine the effect further.
Select Quick Actions under the Browse section of the discover panel, then scroll down to Add a vignette.
Select Apply. The vignette darkens the edges and brings soft focus to the center of your image.
Tip
To apply the effect on a different layer, select the layer and then select Refresh in the Discover panel.
Select Filter > Camera Raw Filter to adjust settings like Exposure, Contrast, Highlights, and more.
Select Revert to undo the applied vignette.
