Learn how to resize or rotate a sample source with the Clone Stamp tool or Healing Brush tool in Adobe Photoshop.
Select Alt-click (Windows) or Option-click (macOS) in the image to set the sample source.
Select Window > Clone Source to show the panel.
Select one of the five clone sources in the Clone Source panel.
Enter a value for W (width) or H (height) or drag the sliders. To adjust width and height separately, deselect the Maintain aspect ratio (ICON).
Enter a value in the Angle box to rotate the sample.
Select the Reset transform icon to restore the original scale and angle.
