Learn how to temporarily disable or enable a layer mask to hide or restore its masking effect in Adobe Photoshop.
Choose one of the following methods to disable or enable the mask:
- Select the Disable/Enable Mask in the Properties panel.
- Shift-click the layer mask thumbnail in the Layers panel.
- Select Layer > Layer Mask > Disable or Enable.
