Learn how to correct the alignment of a photo in Adobe Photoshop with the Crop Tool.
Select the Straighten tool from the Options bar, then drag a line along an edge in the tilted image.
Adjust the crop boundary by dragging the corner or edge handles.
Select Done from the Contextual Task Bar, or press Enter (Windows) or Return (macOS).
