Learn how to draw and edit smooth curves and straight line segments by selecting points on the canvas to create a path in Adobe Photoshop.
Select anywhere on the canvas to create the first anchor point.
Select again to place the second anchor point, and complete the first segment of the path.
- Select once to draw a curved segment.
- Double-click to draw a line segment.
- Continue selecting to add more points and create a path.
Select the first point to close the path.
Tip
Double-click an anchor point to toggle between a curved point and a corner (straight) point.
