Create swatch groups in the Color Guide panel

Learn how to create swatch group, save, and organize a set of related color variations using the Color Guide panel.
Select a color variation in the Color Guide panel, and then select the Set base color to the current color icon Set Base Color To The Current Color icon.
Select a rule from the Harmony Rules dropdown menu.
To confine colors to a swatch library, select Limits the swatch group to colors in a swatch library , and select a library from the list.
To save the color group or an individual color to the Swatches panel, select Save swatch group to Swatch panel icon.
To name the new swatch group:
- Select the group in the Swatches panel and select Swatch Group Options from the Swatches panel menu.
- In the Swatch Group Options dialog box, enter a name in the Name field and select OK.
To color your artwork with a color from the swatch group, select your artwork and select any color in the Color Guide panel.
