Learn how to move multiple objects at once in Illustrator.
Select Object > Transform > Transform Each.
In the Move section of the Transform Each dialog box, enter the Horizontal and Vertical distances.
Select OK.
Note
To apply movements randomly within the specified values, select the Random checkbox. Then, select OK.
