Export images with Quick Export in Photoshop

Learn how to save your images instantly using Quick Export with your preferred format and settings in Adobe Photoshop on desktop.

Quick Export uses your preset format preferences, so you don't need to configure settings each time. This feature works with both local and cloud documents without altering your original file.

Export an image with Quick Export

Open the image you want to export in Photoshop.

Select Share > Quick export as PNG.

Choose a destination folder in the file browser.

Select Save, and your image willexport to the selected location using your default format settings.

Change your Quick Export format

Select Edit > Preferences > Export (Windows) or Photoshop > Settings > Export (macOS).

Select your preferred format from the available options: PNG, JPG, GIF, or SVG.

Select OK, and future Quick Export operations will use your newly selected format.
