Use simple export commands to deliver images in common formats without complex settings.

Share a web version of your Photoshop file via a review link

Create a web link of a Photoshop document and gather feedback from reviewers from within the app.

Open a local or cloud document in Photoshop to start sharing for review.

Select Share > Share for review.

Select Anyone with the link can comment or Invited only can comment to control who can view and leave feedback.

Copy the generated review link and send it to reviewers, who can open it in a browser to view and leave general or pinned comments.

Comments appear in real time in the Comments panel, accessible by selecting Window > Comments. Pinned comments are linked to the corresponding area on the canvas.

Reply to comments directly within the Comments panel.

Refresh the review link to reflect the latest version of the document.

Share images to apps with customizable format and resolution

Share images in JPG, PNG, or PSD formats with others using native OS apps like Mail and Notes or installed apps like Adobe Lightroom and Slack.

Open the image to be shared in Photoshop.

Select Share > Send to apps.

Select an app from the list, like Mail, Slack, Notes, or Adobe Lightroom, to send your image.

Note
  • In the Send to Apps panel, select the gear icon to change the file format (JPG, PNG, or PSD) and resolution (Original or Small).
  • When using Slack for the first time, select your workspace to avoid sign-in errors.
The Share button in Photoshop has four sharing for feedback options: Invite to edit, Share for review, Quick export as PNG, and Send to apps.
Open the Share panel with multiple sharing options - Invite to edit, Share for review, Quick export as PNG, and Send to apps - to collaborate and share your work.
